Attention TEST Toons! It's Halloween on TEST so check out the new decorations and the day/night cycle. Plus, we have changed the Trick-or-Treating locations this year, so talk to each playground host for a clue on which neighborhood shopkeeper is participating and let us know what you think (don't forget to use your Trick-or-Treat SpeedChat phrase).
