Design a Party Decoration Contest Over

Toon Parties are the most Toontastic thing to hit Toontown
and it has been non-stop fun for all! The Toon Council is really excited by the
Toontastic response we have received to our "Design a Party Decoration" contest.
It feels like we are jumping on a never-ending trampoline! We have received some
of the most creative entries we have ever seen, and now the real work begins --
picking the winners. Remember, the top three most Toontastic party decoration
designs will be available for Toons to rent in an upcoming Toon Parties release!
